LOTI did a fabulous renovation of our basement; it has never looked so good!!! The quality of their work is top notch, and they were so professional and so nice to work with. All the workers are polite, hard working and responsive! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Loti Contracting is an amazing team to work with! Cannot recommend enough!! They are professional and super communicative (super hard to find with contractors!). Were able to answer all my questions before we got started, and stayed in touch throughout the project (again, very hard to find among contractors lol). They were flexible and super understanding when I had unforeseen delays on my end, and still came through with extreme professionalism and attention to detail.
They did a complete build out for my store and did not miss anything I asked for. Were able to get all the permits needed. And even added extra touches I didn't ask for but so appreciate! Will not be working with any other company for any future projects!

Ronan and his team were the absolute best. Before even being hired, Ronan came by and spoke with us at great length (an hour!), when other potential contractors stopped by for only a few minutes to discuss the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
He constructed a small mudroom for us, including electrical, tiling, putting in a skylight, a new door, putting up walls, finishing, painting, etc. When some issues came up relating to the plans, Ronan not only noticed the errors, but also to compensate and build the room the way we wanted it.
He was responsive and patient every step of the way, letting us know what he thought given his expertise, but never pushing us in any direction.
We would recommend him without reservation, and we already intend to use him for our next big project.

I hired Ronan, LOTI Contracting, to remodel my small and old kitchen. Ronan was easy to get along with and proved to be skilled and experienced at his craft. He is creative and detailed oriented. Ronan will find a solution to any problem and work with you until you are satisfied. I live in a condo with strict guidelines. Ronan and his team followed all the rules thus gaining a good reputation and building management approval. Each day the team worked hard to keep my apartment as clean as possible trying to minimize debris and soot. Ronan’s fees are reasonable and he stands by his work. He helped me out when I needed some work in my bathroom. I appreciate him fitting me into his busy schedule.

We used Loti Contracting & Ronan to renovate our bathroom and front entry hall. Ronan was a pleasure to work with and was willing to discuss our project multiple times before we started. The renovation was completed in timely manner and the costs were either explained upfront in the contract or discussed as we went along. The subcontractors were all very friendly and pleasant. Whenever an inevitable obstacle would arise during the renovation, Ronan would take care of it in a professional and timely manner. Our bathroom looks beautiful and our front hallway has nice new tile and a fantastic wood entry door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loti Contracting and Ronan for any renovation project.

Ronan, renovated and rebuilt our kitchen, constructed beautiful shelves for our fireplace room and renovated our 4 bathrooms.
New Cortec flooring installed throughout the house and new deck built with Trex material. None of this was a small job. We had such a great experience with Loti Contracting from start to finish. We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent.
When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space!
In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.
