First time homeowners and a basement remodel was our first large project. We had a parade of contractors come through to assess the job and most were in and out in 15 minutes. Ronan, took his time to get to know us and to fully understand the project. He offers transparent and competitive pricing; very detail orientated; and overall, an easy person to work with. Ronan was always available via text or call and his team could not have been a nicer group of people. They left the space spotless upon completion. We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. We had an amazing experience with Loti Contracting. Ronan was communicative and responsive from the very start. We wanted to do a kitchen renovation before moving into our new home and Ronan and team were able to deliver a beautiful result completely on schedule. The crew was thoughtful and diligent and paid incredible attention to detail, and we appreciate all of their hard work. Loti Contracting is an amazing team to work with! Cannot recommend enough!! They are professional and super communicative (super hard to find with contractors!). Were able to answer all my questions before we got started, and stayed in touch throughout the project (again, very hard to find among contractors lol). They were flexible and super understanding when I had unforeseen delays on my end, and still came through with extreme professionalism and attention to detail.

Ronan and his company are the absolute best. We have referred family and friends to him and will continue to do so. My mom hired him after she saw the exceptional work he did in our house.
He is a  true professional and produced quality work. He is communicative and clean. He paid attention to detail and created beautiful spaces in our home.
