First time homeowners and a basement remodel was our first large project. We had a parade of contractors come through to assess the job and most were in and out in 15 minutes. Ronan, took his time to get to know us and to fully understand the project. He offers transparent and competitive pricing; very detail orientated; and overall, an easy person to work with. Ronan was always available via text or call and his team could not have been a nicer group of people. They left the space spotless upon completion. We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. We had an amazing experience with Loti Contracting. Ronan was communicative and responsive from the very start. We wanted to do a kitchen renovation before moving into our new home and Ronan and team were able to deliver a beautiful result completely on schedule. The crew was thoughtful and diligent and paid incredible attention to detail, and we appreciate all of their hard work.
